Packed with micronutrients and protein, granulated bee pollen makes for a delicious and healthy addition when sprinkled in smoothies or food. Prior to use, soak granules in a small amount of cold water for 12 hours in your refrigerator to lightly coat and crack the shells of the individual pollen grains which increases the rate of absorption from 2% - 7% to nearly 90%.
If unable to soak, granules may be ground into a fine powder for use.
As with any health supplement, consult a physician before starting use.
If you have pollen allergies, bee pollen may stimulate a reaction; use with caution.
Women who are pregnant and/or breastfeeding should not use this product.

If you believe you received the incorrect product, damaged or defective item, please reach out to our Customer Solutions team within 7 days of delivery. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, and requirements vary by country.
If you need to return a product to us, you'll be the exporter from the original shipping destination. You will be responsible for compliance with that country's export laws and fees to return to our Main U.S Warehouse; clear photos of the item's condition, the product number, and the original packaging must be sent upon return request.
